Camera e bagno confortevoli, ma la pulizia poteva essere approfondita. Anche più attenzione alla manutenzione. Richiesta colazione senza lattosio e senza glutine, mi è stato assicurato di si ma il primo giorno non c'era nulla. In seguito si, ma la responsabile delle colazioni molto antipatica. Un sorriso con i clienti non guasta!

Na recepção não tinham informação sobre os benefícios da reserva pelo Hotels , não aceitaram aplicar o desconto de 20% em alimentação e outros benefícios . Banheiro sai muita água do box molhando o piso , apartamento precisando uma reforma , como cortinas velhas por exemplo
