"Arrived on Sunday around 6:00 P.M. Hotel was dark, one door was open and lights came on, but no one was there to check us in. Found a phone number on the receipt, but that didn't work. The small print non the receipt said to make arrangements if you arrive after 12:00 on Sunday. Didn't see that until we found the hotel dark and deserted. "Absolutely amazing hotel. Not only are the staff very welcoming and professional, but they really want to help and provide good service. One of our ovens broke in the studio room and a simple walk to the desk and our issue was solved in 5 minutes. What a wonderful experience it was. "
