"It is a very convenient location. Across the street is the Grocery store with gasoline and the pizza/sandwich shop. Later, we did walk 250 yards to the brewery. Small parking area for a large p/u truck. Biggest drawback is that it is only 15 feet from the main road going through Damascus, which tends to be busy and noisy. And no front or back usable porch.."

The house was more spacious and accommodating than I and my family expected, and had many more amenities than most rental properties- which was a true blessing. The house was clean, although I agree with previous reviews that the sheets on the beds were very heavily fragranced. The rest of the house was clean, comfortable, and the location really was...

I grew up close by & my parents live around the corner so it made it easy to visit with them. There is easy access to all my favorite places downtown and the lake, aka Hungry mother Park. I cannot wait to come back and commune with my favorite VA backroads ."
