Uma ótima opção, principalmente para quem precisa ficar próximo do Aeroporto. Fomos muito bem recebidos e o quarto é confortável. Apesar de não ter elevador, mas tiveram um funcionário para ajudar em todos os momentos com as malas. Recomendo e voltaria!

Primeiro, o hotel não tem elevador. Então, se você vai com muita mala já fique atento. As paredes são de dry wall, então todo barulho do hotel chega no quarto. Ao lado, tem casas onde as pessoas escutam música alta o dia todo. No sábado, disseram que a música terminaria as 22:00, o que não aconteceu. A garagem só cabe uns 6 veículos e é rotativa (se estiver cheia, seu veículo vai dormir na rua). O café da manhã é bom, a higiene do local também. Não tenho o que reclamar do atendimento dos funcionários.

Hotel é maravilhoso nas instalações. Mas seus arredores deixa a desejar: várias casas com som alto até altas horas. Se não fosse por isso, seria excelente. Atendentes são exemplares, atenciosos, desde a recepção a cozinha. Parabéns.

Cozinha barulhenta no primeiro andar, fuja!

PASSAMOS A NOITE EM CLARO! Tivemos o azar de ficar hospedado no primeiro andar, junto da cozinha e do refeitório. A madrugada toda podia se ouvir o barulho de pratos, talheres, panelas, cadeiras e mesas sendo arrastadas, e por aí vai. Fizemos contato duas vezes cobrando silêncio mas nada foi feito. Simplesmente impraticável, sem a menor condição. Um estabelecimento sem a menor vocação para oferecer o que se propõe. Impossível acreditar que um hotel priorize mais os trabalhos da cozinho do que o horário de silêncio para uma boa noite de sono dos seus . hóspedes.

Acessibilidade precária, tendo em vista que trata-se de um prédio com quatro andares, contando com o estacionamento interno no sub solo sem um serviço de elevador, de manobrista (oferecido quando da contratação pelo aplicativo) já que não há vagas suficientes, e sem funcionários para ajudar no transporte das bagagens. Não oferecido serviço de reserva de vaga no estacionamento, necessário neste caso já que o número de vagas não atende às possíveis demandas de hóspedes.
