The apartment is located in the Caminho das Árvores neighborhood, having all the infrastructure and close to many shopping centers, shopping malls (500m from Salvador Shopping), restaurants, easy access to the metro and public transport.

As it is located on the 18th floor, it is possible to have views of the city and the sea. The property has 1 bedroom with double bed, split air conditioning, living room with sofa bed and access to views, a kitchen with all the utensils necessary for your stay.

We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, TV combined with the living room, split air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain and city view.

Living room: Sofa bed, TV combined with the bedroom and dining table.

Guests will have access to the entire site and everything the building offers in terms of infrastructure, such as sauna, cinema room, swimming pool, gym and all the comfort that the location and development offer.
