Excellent house in the Sol Condominium, 40 meters from the beach, right on the sand, where you'll find natural pools, a boardwalk for biking, walking, and jogging, with 24-hour security.

Guarajuba offers restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a small open-air shopping center with various shops.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites, and 1 bathroom. All bedrooms have split air conditioning. It includes closets, Wi-Fi, and good infrastructure for enjoying pleasant days. There is a private pool with a barbecue area and a large table for the whole family to gather.
We also have a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for a female employee.

We follow hygiene and cleaning protocols related to the pandemic.

We always conduct an inspection when guests arrive and leave, ensuring that everything is working properly and in order.

We have beds for 10 people, but we accept a maximum of 12 people (plus 2 extra single mattresses).

Bed linen is optional.
If the guest is interested, we can provide it for an additional R$ 200.00 per day.
