Gostei do hotel porém o banheiro não tem shampoo e condicionador para lavar o cabelo pós banho de mar, o checkout tardio mediante pagamento no elevador diz ser 18h, na recepção disseram 16h. Café da manhã com pouca opção, e sobre a limpeza é ok (quando vão no quarto limpar) pois até colocando a plaquinha la fora, não limpam o quarto

Eu estava com medo de ficar nesse hotel devido às avaliações tão ruins. Mas, confesso que ao chegar lá me deparei com algo bem diferente do que estava esperando. A recepção foi ótima, o quarto estava limpo, o café da manhã foi otimo Enfim, foi tudo conforme o contratado.

Fiquei em um quarto dos fundos do hotel, mesmo solicitando com gentileza que me colocassem e um lateral ou frontal para praia. Cafpe da manhã só o bolo salvou. Equipe toda trabalhando sem motivação. Sujeira no banheiro absurda. Condições de manutenção muito precárias. Não tinha pano de chão do banheiro. Piso é uma especie de vinilico emborrachado, terrivel para pisar sem calçado. Sensação de sujo constantemente. Não indico.
