Ótimo e completo café da manhã. Localização excelente. Limpeza padrão, excelente! Refeitório limpissimo, Sinal da tv estava oscilante todos os dias. Falta água potável para hóspedes na recepção, sala de estar.

O Hotel precisa de várias melhorias. Encontrei barata no banheiro, toalhas e lençois manchados, a torneira da pia ficava pingando. a internet não funciona, a tv com canais fechados não funciona... a porta do banheiro está podre na parte de baixo. enfim... só encontrei problemas

Tive uma experiência razoavel. O hotel está um pouco velho e precisando de algumas manutenções. O atendimento no check-in foi bom. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, mas nada exagerado. Precisei de algumas dicas de turismo e me ajudaram. Tive problemas com o cifao da pia do banheiro, avisei pelo WhatsApp pois eles nao tem ramal, fui ignorado e somente arrumaram no outro dia depois de eu avisar pessoalmente na recepção. O cafe da manha é bom. O estacionamento é gratuito na vagas externas. Tenho a consciência de que o valor é barato em comparação a outros hoteis, mas acho que poderiam melhorar em algumas coisas, como limpeza e apoio ao hospede.

Pelo valor, até que foi tudo ok. Porém, o atendimento não é dos melhores, as únicas pessoas mais simpáticas eram as camareiras, a recepção é bem rude. Esperava mais. O Wi-Fi no quarto é super lento, não carrega quase nada. O vaso sanitário também não funcionava direito. E o café da manhã também poderia ter mais opções, focam em muito doce pela manhã e poucas opções em comidas salgadas.

Foi terrível do início ao fim, a priori começando com a recepcionista avisando que apesar de eu ter reservado um quarto para casal só estava disponível quarto duplo com duas camas solteiras, depois de muito tempo conseguiu um quarto para nos acomodar. O quarto - pior possível, sujo, roupa de cama suja, televisão que nem tomada pra ligar tinha. Sobre o café da manhã os dois dias tive ir tomar café em padaria pois a pouquíssima opção que tem ainda consegue ser ruim - não tem nem manteiga - experiência pra nunca mais

Está cada dia pior. Era um hotel com excelente custo benefício, mas está cada dia mais defasado, sujo, com travesseiros ruins, colchões ruinsz arrendamento na recepção ruim ... A única coisa que ainda segue razoavelmente boa é o café da manhã.

Resumo geral

Minha estadia no hotel foi, no geral, muito boa. Fui com a intenção de aproveitar a jacuzzi, mas infelizmente ela estava em manutenção ou talvez nem esteja funcionando mais, pois aparentava estar bem antiga. Apesar disso, o ambiente era agradável e os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos conosco o tempo todo. Um ponto que poderia ser melhorado foi um episódio em que, logo pela manhã, algumas funcionárias da rouparia conversavam em voz alta bem na porta do nosso quarto. Foi um pouco incômodo. No meu caso, não me incomodou tanto porque sou uma pessoa tranquila, mas poderia atrapalhar outros hóspedes e acabar prejudicando a imagem delas. A localização é excelente, o quarto em que ficamos tinha vista para o mar, o que foi um grande diferencial. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, que achei bem simples, sem muitas opções ou destaques. Fora isso, foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Hotel bem fraquinho. Elevador sem funcionar direito, cartão magnético para entrar no quarto com problema, toda vez que quisesse subir para o quarto um funcionário tinha que ir abrir com o cartão dele, além dos móveis e estrutura deterioradas. Abaixo de 100 reais ainda vale a pena passar uma diária, mais que isso creio que não.
