This vacation studio is located on the 10th floor in one of Barra’s most iconic areas, just a few minutes from Farol da Barra Beach. Its location makes it easy to explore the waterfront on foot, enjoy the seaside promenade, and stay close to one of Salvador’s most famous landmarks.

The apartment features a functional kitchen equipped with a minibar, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, and Italian coffee maker, providing convenience for preparing meals and beverages during your stay.

The bathroom includes an electric shower, handheld bidet spray, and hair dryer, ensuring comfort and convenience.

The bedroom is designed to provide a comfortable stay, featuring air conditioning, a 43" smart TV, an ironing board, an electric iron, and blackout curtains. The integrated balcony with glass enclosure extends the living space and creates a pleasant area to relax.

The condo offers a well-equipped gym, an accessible pool with lift, two gourmet lounges perfect for gatherings, a shared laundry room, and a bike rack—combining convenience and leisure for your stay.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
