Everything is good the staff are excellent but all the morning there is noisy sound coming from the next building that only problem can effect and prevent to sleep well the hotel super close to all the market bar and beach the breakfast morning very good and delicious 👌

Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why.

O hotel está com obras, então na maior parte do dia pode ter barulhos proveniente das obras que pode incomodar, mas pra mim não afetou tanto. O quarto é muito confortável, tudo limpo. O café da manhã é bom, tem uma variedade de opções. O ponto alto é a gentileza da equipe, em especial, o Gonzalo que foi super gentil e solícito. Parabéns! Recomendo!

O hotel estava em obra a cama estava muito suja solicitamos a troca de quarto o quarto que fomos acomodado não era o quarto contratado pois havia uma cama de casal o ar-condicionado não funcionava o quarto estava com infiltração e no banheiro não tinha Blindex no box e água não saía quente
