"Grounds were gorgeous. Staff could have done a better job providing information about hotel restaurant hours, mini store hours, places mearby, etc. And the music, there was music nonstop ALL day!!! Sometimes even until after 10:30 pm. You go to a hotel in the outside of town for quiet and tranquility, not there. "

"Facilities were good, not great. Very acceptable. However - I got phone call and a text message from the hotel reception, both direct and thru "wants up app" stating that they needed to communicate with me a.s.a.p. Once I tried, I could not communicate - lines were not working and connecting. I walked up to the reception, just a few meters away. It was not them... "Property is a private hacienda with gardens front and back with a large pool, breakfast buffet and a detached restaurant. There are tall walls all around the perimeter of the property for privacy and there is a guard at front entrance. Everyday someone cleaned and organized our room including our belongings."

"La primera habitación que me asignaron olía demasiado a cigarro aun y que está prohibido fumar dentro del hotel, nos cambiaron de habitación y el joven que acudió a hacer el cambio fue muy grosero. La segunda habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y había chinches y olor a drenaje."
