Casa Maria: Comfort and Space in the Historic Heart of Salve a stone's throw from the sea.

Casa Maria comes from the renovation of a large family apartment. It is located in Salve, a quiet village where the low white houses mix with other colored ones in light colors and seem to caress the clear sky that blends with the warm and sunny atmosphere of this land, made of old olive trees marked by the wind.
The house, very welcoming, opens with a beautiful garden where you can barbecue and invite friends in the coolness of the flowering trees.
A long external staircase leads to the entrance of the house and from there develops a spacious living room divided into two areas by a solid wood piece of furniture: a relaxation area with a large green sofa with a green peninsula that recalls the wonderful passage framed by the large windows that occupy the entire perimeter of the room and a dining area with a table made of real solid wood. To complete four solid chairs that imposing take their space around. At the corner, behind the table we find a vintage gramophone still working. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: fridge, oven, a comfortable table and more spartan than the other for quick dinners and a beautiful corner fireplace. Also here there is a stereo, in this modern case.
From a wide corridor two bedrooms are developed: the first retains the 70's style with a double bed and a large wardrobe. In addition there is a wooden bed suitable for small children. The second bedroom has instead a more modern style, white and spacious but with small vintage details like the chandelier. On the side we have a double sofa bed.
The bathroom was deliberately left as it was apart from small and due maintenance. I personally find it beautiful and so particular its decorated tiles, those that are no longer on the market. A washing machine is still available. The sea is a few kilometers away.
