We took advantage of the lockers to drop of our luggage before checkin and leave our luggage after checkout. A great service in a nice room with toilets, seating, and laundry facilities. We also liked the location, walking distance to old town, and how quiet it was from traffic noise.

All good, a bit cramped for a family of four, but comfortable beds and well set up. The only thing is the windows take up the whole of the large expanse of outside walls and the curtains don’t close fully. Overall we enjoyed it. Good location as well.

Amazing accommodation in Salzburg. We were a family of 4 staying in the penthouse apartment. Lots of space and we had our own washing machine and dryer. Great location between the station and the old town. Great restaurants nearby. It was hot when we were there so the air conditioning was much appreciated! And a view of the mountains from our window! We also used the luggage room on our last day as we had an evening train - this was great too. Easy communication with staff via what’s app to let us know when our apartment was ready. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to visit Salzburg. Easy check In, clean room, fee laundry and near the train station. There is also a bus stop (mirabelplatz) near where you can catch the 150 to get to the lake region. I would definitely come back!

Excellent location for exploring the old town and attractions. Well appointed rooms, Air Conditioned, Smart TVs, hair dryer. We had an issue with our first room and the staff were very quick to respond and offer an upgraded solution. Close to really nice restaurants, the train station and car facilities. We would definitely come back to Salzburg and stay here again.

The online check in via WhatsApp was seamless. The room was great and we really liked the added touches that made it feel a little more special (e.g. the communal terrace, the free biscuits and sweets by the main entrance). The finish of the whole building felt very premium and the location was great. One piece of feedback would be clearer instructions as to where to get additional suppliers from the pantry (e.g. replacement towels and bottled water). Also not sure why the kitchen didn't have any cooking facilities but had a dishwasher.
