This romantic, cosy, 75m2 large flat is situated in the "Steingasse". It's only a 1 Minute walk to the "Mozartsteg" and 3 minutes to Mozartplatz or Getreidegasse.

The space
The flat is situated in the first floor of a house that was built in the 15th century. Especially the rock of the Kapuzinerberg in the entry and in the bathroom and also the original wooden ceiling in the living- and in the sleeping room make the flat very special.
