"There is no full size refrigerator and freezer in none of the rooms. Is a small refrigerator. In fact there's no freezer in the room which made it hard for the hikes because we did not have ice for the cooler. Also no air conditioning so it was a little bit difficult sleeping at night but most of the hotels here do not have air conditioning . You do your checking and check out. There's no counter. No one to ask questions and if you have any kind of trouble you can write a text but it will not be answered until the next day. There is two washer and dryers downstairs and they offer the detergent. The place is very clean I'm very well appointed. Having the bikes for free is a very big Plus. Good parking downstairs . I don't know how would it be in high season I came in September and there was always parking spots available. I felt safe in the property."

"Nice resort, but I can’t give 5 stars because the room was lacking privacy. We booked the lake view balcony room, but the balcony was shared with the adjacent room and only separated with a glass partition. The neighbors could see into our room which was unacceptable."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily stay here again."

"It was in a great location with a short walk to their lake front swimming area. It would have been helpful to have a ceiling fan in the room with the heatwave since there was no AC. They provided 1 fan, but since we had a triple that left our child without a fan. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the included breakfast was great!"
