"If you are staying for 2 days it’s probably a 4/5 but when staying for 4 days the breakfast is okay (low selection) the room doesn’t get restocked (no replacement cups) and in general the staff are moderately helpful. We weren’t offered transit passes when we first arrived only found out about the, later. The pillows are terrible (crushed foam) and bed sheets are okay. "We had a lovely stay at the Arcotel Castellani. The room looked to be recently decorated was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. Air con, tea, coffee and water was provided along with general toiletries in the bathroom. Check in and out was easy and they stored our luggage so we could explore after check out time without carrying bags around. It is about a 20 minute walk into the old town (a straight walk) but a number 3 or 8 tram will also take you there in 15 minutes. ...
