This was probably the best hotel I ever been to. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are great, and very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing as well, and you get great service from the staff.

Pros: amazing property, the rooms we stayed in were renovated with modern design. The bathroom was huge and had a Japanese style toilet which was nice. We didn't use the pool nor their breakfast, so can't comment. Close to Pratunum and Platinum shopping mall.
Cons: Theres construction for a new metro on the main road, this can lead to crazy traffic. We once we stuck in a taxi and decided to talk instead.

My stay was great. Unfortunately the hotel still has not released the pre authorized security deposit and it has been 20 days. We paid our balance in full and had no charges so there is no explanation as to why they have not released the hold.
