"My room was supposed to be a King bed but got two smaller beds. Never got any price discount for the downgrade. The tile grout in the shower was falling out. And construction on the 8th floor every day. The staff were great & friendly though."

"Family friendly resort, very beautiful and meticulously maintained daily. The staff was thoughtful and kind, nothing was overlooked. We felt welcome and were recognized as regulars by day 2. Between the pool and the ocean I had no need to leave the property. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Room was turned at least twice a day, fresh towels and turn down service in the evening."

"The staff were excellent even providing a laundry service for a nominal charge The rooms were well kept. Well stocked rice cookers water heaters for coffee or tea purified water to drink I thoroughly enjoyed it"

"We had a great experience at Club Samal. The resort is clean and well maintained, and you can always see the hardworking staff cleaning and taking care of the property. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were also well maintained and enjoyable. Club Samal is currently expanding and repairing some facilities, which shows they are continuing to improve the resort for their guests. Even with the ongoing improvements, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to visit again."
