This is such a beautiful traditional courtyard hotel. The rooms are huge, the staff is so welcoming and kind (they let me stay until my 9pm flight), the breakfast is delicious and the location cannot be beat. I would 100% recommend staying here!
Room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even did laundry for us.
Very close to Registan square and other tourist locations not that far from the hotel.
Very quiet place from all the hustle of the city.
The hotel exceeded all our expectations: the staff was friendly and kind, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near all major sightseeing attractions and restaurants.
This hotel was fantastic. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you enter, it is very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very efficient and nice.
Excellent, clean boutique, with in five minutes of Registan Square. Even though the young man that works here doesn’t speak English very well, he is super kind, and contacts the manager by phone, if he doesn’t understand something you say. Breakfast is plenty, and delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel has an excellent location, few minutes walk from Registan Square. The room is large, clean.
There was a pretty persistent mushy smell in the bathroom, and the shower head was not working properly.

Clean modern room. Guy at the front desk was always ready to help. As soon as he saw us he would snap to attention did not speak English but had an interpreter on speed dial
He even
Great location, most of the ancient mosques in walking distance. Most important, very comfortable beds(softer) not hard like concrete. I didnt expect comfort of this level. Decent breakfast, and since there is so many little restaurants and caffee shops near by, its not that big deal to have it.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was just perfect. Can recommend everyone.
Thank you
What a great stay. Sijor and the staff did a fantastic job. Hotel is in a very good location and rooms are good size and very clean. Substantial breakfast every day. Would recommend every time
Breakfast is a little bit strange. It's served by the employee and choice is limited. A lot of sweets - pastries, candies, chocolate, etc.
More curbs than you need for Breakfast
Overall a good guest house with some problems. It is very close to Registan square but not close to Timur mausoleum where most tours start. Breakfast is included and nice enough but served in a basement room with no windows. For me this was unpleasant. The front desk person is a very nice guy trying to be helpful but he does not speak any English. Difficult communication. Rooms are very large but not necessarily to my taste. Bright white lights everywhere. Needs more soft yellow lighting in the rooms. WiFi did not work in my room. Had to go to the common area often. You are expected to take off your shoes at the entrance of the hotel. I find this weird especially since the carpets inside have plenty of stains. Lastly I’m not sure why they call it a boutique hotel. It is a regular guest house.
Hotel staff Mr. ZEGURO(ゼグロ) and SEROUCHI(セロウチ) are so friendly, that we feel very comfortable always because of them nicely treated us. We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast is quite rich and volumy. Room is spacy, beautiful and clean everything! We'd like to back to stay some day in the future.
