Nice location, clean facilities. The only reason it’s not 5-star, the carpet looked a little old. The breakfast was good but not excellent by European standards. Maybe I am being picky. The adjacent restaurant “Badr” is truly 5 stars.

We visited Samarkand and stayed at the hotel for a night. Everything was very comfortable, and the staff was professional and accommodating. We were checked in early, which was so nice. The hotel is located within walking distance to several historical sites. We will come here again.

It’s a beautiful classic building with state of the arts facilities. The property has a beautiful private park with a pool. The breakfast was very good with. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is relatively small and they provided personal attention to us.

Extremely nice, newly renovated, luxury hotel within walking distance of the Registan. Very nice, very extensive breakfast buffet included and a nice restaurant —Old City— across the street. With the Yandex taxi app, getting anywhere in the city is easy and inexpensive.

The city is a beautiful city Samarkand and this hotel is a really good hotel with a great location you can transport to the main places saying close restaurant beautiful to walk around. There is gorgeous park close by and the personnel the staff is absolutely fantastic the manager, Mr. Sharof it’s a very fine gentleman who make sure that everything is taken care of very cordial. It was a wonderful experience and a beautiful hotel our stay was for anniversary and they make it something very special. They have a great restaurant as well.

Everything was great - the new hotel, good room, breakfast, park nearby, walkable food places, Registan. Was very disappointed (and even shocked) that they billed me $ 7 for some extra coffee pods and water after staying in their Deluxe Suite for 3 nights and paying $ 1000 for it

Amazing services

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and several times we experienced amazing service. We had issues with our car insurance and the sweet people in the reception made sure that we went to a good and competent insurance company. When we had to leave our train left in the evening and although we had checked out we were offered a room to shower and stay in after we had used the pool. Overall they were welcoming, service-minded and very friendly. We will definitely recommend the hotel. It’s also worth mentioning that every person we met at the hotel was very friendly and the hotel itself was very very nice. Thank you for some great days in Samarkand.
