Mints and cookies, coffee, tea, juice and water at the reception area, a postcard. Mints on the pillows. The extra friendly staff even called me when I left a small non-valuable item in the room."

"The hotel was just renovated and an excellent job. ONE suggestion would have been to install higher toilets. Ageing clientele have difficulty with standard/low toilets. Getting up and down challenging and there were no hand holds."
