The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...

"My stay was cancelled on arrival, my refund has still not been received, it was cancelled without notification on a very cold wet & windy evening. Unless rectified, I will never be using this website ever again, & I will inform as many forums, as I can of the extremely poor service I have received. "

"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "
