"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. Info pack to include things like wifi details explanation of TV. Only one toilet roll for 2 wc's. Only 1 loo brush for 2 wc's. Just minor details which if attended to would make it perfect."

"Very beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings. Very comfortable bed and the room was very well equipped. Lovely touches of the radio and Nespresso. Breakfast was very nice and the staff at breakfast were fantastic . Throughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the hotel."
