"We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!"

We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
