While the room itself was acceptable, there was a strong unpleasant odor every time we entered, which made the experience uncomfortable. We requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. The housekeeping number was also unresponsive, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times just to get basic items we needed. Overall, the service and room condition did not meet expectations. Also, keep in mind that breakfast and parking are not included and require additional payment."
