"The girl in the night crew was very helpful, I bought a football ticket from a sketchy site. The ticket was in Tokyo, not Yokohama like I expected. I would have skipped Yokohama if I knew this, but that's my fault. Yokohama has the same snooty, dead on the inside, bougie vibe Tokyo has."

"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"We had an incredible time, the on sen was lovely, clean and well-kept (there is a schedule for all the guests to block off an hour to use which is plenty of time). The rooms were cute, decorated in traditional Japan aesthetic, adorable kimonos, slippers, tea, and many amenities.
