"We arrived at the motel around 11 at night, a group of 12 people. The lady gave us the keys through a small window in the reception wall. All the rooms were very worn and their cleanliness left much to be desired. In one of the rooms there was a large mustachioed cockroach running around the bathroom tub...The motel is very worn and should be renovated immediately or closed down. No breakfast served at all.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"An old facility that is being renovated; bathroom was excellent and clean, room was also clean. WiFi was weak but did work eventually. The outside of the building needs some maintenance and there were "hangers on" on the property who were not registered guests."

"We had an extended, 3 week stay, at this VRBO and loved every minute of it. Our main reason for visiting was to photograph the scenery and wintering bird population in this general area of NM. The location was perfect for Bosque del Apache and other nearby birding locations. The home is adorable, had everything we needed - and the hosts were excellent. I give this a 5-star and a “highly recommend” VRBO - you will not be disappointed !!"
