Falta organização com o site hotel.com

Reservei pelo Hotels.com, quando chegou lá a gerente disse que o preço do site é muito barato e que teria que pagar mais 30 mil pesos colombianos por pessoa.( éramos 4). Na reserva estava incluso café da manhã, mas quando descemos pra cozinha… ela disse que a gente não tinha direito. Complicado isso! Tivemos que tomar café em uma padaria
