AMAZING Hotel in San Andres

Fantastic stay. Newly remodeled hotel, top to bottom. Staff was BEYOND SUPERB. Food great. Location excellent. Best thing was the style & decorations... truly jaw-dropping.

Very nice property modern large clean rooms. From what I saw was nicest property in town. One draw back that was out of the hotel’s control is the towns lack of potable water. You could not drink the water and the town had a constant smell of open sewer. Beach’s were offf the chart gorgeous and the people were very friendly and helpful throughout the experience at the hotel and the town.

Definitely one of the best hotels in San Andres. It’s new, chic, and is truly luxurious compared with the other Colombian hotels we’ve stayed at. Loved the tub in my room and how most areas are air-conditioned. There is hot water, great dining, and a posh pool. I would definitely stay here again despite the thin walls/or open doors of my neighbors that were horrendously loud, fighting, screaming, yelling, for over 6 hours able I was trying to sleep. I didn’t pay $300 a night to be exposed to this type of irritating behavior.

Our stay was great! We arrived a day early due some unexpected hiccups in our itinerary. The staff at Nattivo were able to add another night to our reservation at the rate we booked at no problem, even though we fully expected to need to find another hotel. The room was gorgeous. High end amenities, close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is still being finished; the restaurants and spa are not done, but noise was minimal. We will definitely be back!

If you stay at this hotel request a room above 3rd floor. Lower rooms have no view and a lot of street noise. The restaurant on the 7 floor has good food but very slow service, orders to your room can take over an hour to show up and drives at the pool can take 20 mins to come.

Terrible stay, defective windows cause wind noise

We had a really bad stay here. The rooms on the 3rd floor suffer from a defect where wind blows in off the beach, and the windows don’t seal properly, which creates a very loud whistle noise at all hours of the night. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep for the first two nights of our stay. When management did finally move us to a new room, they hardly acknowledged the fact the room had an issue and wouldn’t provide an adequate resolution. He basically gave us a couple free drinks for losing two nights of sleep. Do not stay here, stay somewhere more established and with better customer service like the Aquamare instead. You could stay at a hostel and have a better nights sleep.

The interior designer of this hotel deserves a round of applause. It is absolutely . The hotel is convenient and you can walk quickly to the beach and to nearby shops. San Andres is a beautiful island and the hotel made the experience perfect.
