Most of the staff was ok. It rained really bad, and my room got flooded. There was no staff at night, so I had 2 clean it myself... on vacation.. on my bday week. I had a friend that could have helped me, but unless they're staying wu, they dont allow them up (I mean really?!) Breakfast was ok, but ur only allowed 2 eggs... I am on a special diet, and I dont eat simple carbs... all i asked 4 was 1 addition egg 4 my omelet. I mean, really?!! I spoke w the manager... and still nothing. So.. I will not go back there again!

The property has roaches and ants. The bathrooms and toilets was dirty. The service of the staff was excellent. they tried to help me. They switched the room. but the owner needs to fumigate this hotel. The hallways at night were dark no lights working.

O hotel é bem localizado e te permite fazer quase tudo a pé. A equipe de funcionários é atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã tem boa variedade de alimentos, alguns sendo feitos na hora, inclusive, mediante pedido. O quarto que fiquei tem bom tamanho. A cama é queen. Ar e tv funcionaram perfeitamente. Um ponto de melhoria seria o sistema de funcionamento da água quente, que por vezes deixava a desejar ou por demorar muito a aquecer ou porque não funcionava mesmo.

Nossa estadia foi ótima! O quarto era limpo, amplo, com armário e cômoda para guardar roupas. A água do banho era quente e com pressão. O café da manhã era simples e suficiente, com destaque para os ovos mexidos preparados na hora, à gosto do hóspede. Os funcionários eram cordiais e atenciosos, em especial o Jorge. A localização é ótima, no centro, rodeada de lojas e a apenas duas quadras da praia principal. Gracias pela hospitalidade!

O hotel tem boa localização, próximo a praia principal, e de varias lojas e restaurantes. A equipe era muito gentil e solicita com os hospedes, o café da manhã era estilo buffet mas sem muitas opções e variedades de dia apoio dia, nós pegamos quarto com visita lateral do mar, e era bem lateral, muito lateral mesmo rsrsrs mal dava pra ver o mar, tínhamos que praticamente nos debruçar sobre o guarda-corpo da sacada para podermos ver, esse é o único ponto de reclamação, pagamos mais caro por algo que não tivemos, iria reclamar no hotel, mas chegamos no hotel muito cansados, queríamos banho e dormir.

Quarto limpo, confortável, equipe de funcionários muito solicita e simpatica. O café da manhã é simples mas muito bom. Localização excelente no centro e próxima à praia. Chuveiro com água quente, em um dos banhos faltou água mas foi pontual e logo depois normalizou. A estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga, nada que tenha prejudicado nossa estadia.

Gostei muito de me hospedar neste Hotel. O quarto estava sempre limpo, os funcionários sempre atenciosos e a localização muito boa. Perto da praia e de muitas lojas, bancos, etc. O ponto mais positivo foi o café da manhã, que achei excelente. Outro ponto positivo foi o atendimento da Sra. Mariluz, que me pareceu ser a gerente ou proprietária. Muito atenciosa, cordial e simpática, sempre preocupada em deixar tudo adequado para os hóspedes. Eu voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel, com certeza.

A recepção foi maravilhosa, com funcionários educados que nos atenderam super bem. Mesmo sem falarem português, a gente sempre dava um jeitinho de se comunicar. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas atende bem. O quarto tinha um leve cheiro de mofo, o que acredito ser por conta da umidade. O chuveiro quente funcionava apenas até certo horário, o que pode ser um ponto de atenção. Acho que também poderiam melhorar a televisão, colocando uma Smart TV, já que a do nosso quarto não tinha opção de alterar o idioma.

I am so glad there was air conditioning. The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have breakfast included but the food was only mediocre. Our room, however clean, was quite small. Based on the pictures, it seemed we would have a window or balcony but we had neither. No view of anything at all.

The room was very clean. Only issue was the shower leaked alot..so the floor was very wet after a shower, they were good and offered extra towels to clean it. I suggested a simple fix so maybe they will correct it. The breakfast was very good and eggs made for you each morning. Air conditioning was a welcome room option as it was very warm while we were there.
