We enjoyed our stay breakfast wa good and the rooms were very clean. It smelled great in the building and just all around very happy with our stay. If I’m ever that way again I will for sure stay there.

Sheets were dirty and stained. TV in the room did not work and the A/C wouldn’t cool. Pool was “closed for renovations” which none were happening at all

We enjoyed staying here. The facility was clean, the pool and hot tub were clean. The property was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on local attractions. 10 out of 10 will recommend to everyone staying there. We return to San Angelo often and will be staying here again in the future.

We arrived late the front desk guy was kind but the morning girl was not really friendly I told her my restroom was dirty with old use toilet paper ask if she had any toothbrush she was like no we don’t and for the room Being dirty she was like okay I was like k have a bless day other than that it was okay only stay there 7 hours

We Came for a 90th birthday party and shopping. The hotel met our needs and the location was great. Clean and pretty rooms.

The bed was hard bathroom wasn't clean, hair on the floor. Blow dryer didn't work Breakfast was pretty good. Gym room has a really bad chemical smell. Would not stay here again

The housekeeper for that morning marked my room as cleaned but when I got in there, jumped in the shower and there wasn’t any towels or nothing. Other than that it was nice and felt safe!

On our first morning, they had no breakfast so we had to go find breakfast somewhere else. Coffee was not always easy to find. Two Mornings there was no juice just milk.

Pet friendly, but there was pee in the elevator twice. Our toilet leaked badly. They did offer to move us. Carpet in the room was quite dirty. We were up on the 6th floor so it was thankfully quiet, but the room smelled musty. We won’t ever go back, but they do have very cheap rates.

Bathroom dirty. Old water damage on ceilings. Shower/tub didn’t have anything non-slip on the bottom and my wife fell hurting herself pretty badly.

Surprisingly in a Clarion on a higher floor. We must have been the only people on this floor. There were trash cans lining the halls catching water drips I guess from the AC there was black mold on the vents in the room and I worry the whole floor is moldy. Had congestion while we were in the building. The hot water took five minutes to arrive at our shower strange.

Our first room had long black hairs all over the bathroom floor. There was no phone to call the front desk. The one clerk that was on duty agreed to move us to another room. At 2AM a group of individuals arrived on our floor and it sounded like a soccer game outside our door. The screaming and shouting lasted for the following hour. We will not return to this establishment

Where do I start. When you arrive, it looks pretty nice but when you get off the elevator you could tell it might be a bit sketchy. then... Our door wouldn't latch, the TV was broken, the floor was disgusting with bugs and one of the beds was folded in like a taco.. NO JOKE!! No way to even sleep in that. They said they couldn't fix and couldn't move us to another room and it might be better to go to another hotel. We had no choice. WE NEEDED 2 functioning BEDS!!

Comfortable beds. Nice pillows. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice TV for entertainment. Pool and hot tub currently closed for repairs. Kitchenette does not come equipped with anything. If you plan to cook bring your own pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Nice sized refrigerator and freezer. Lots of available parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe area.
