"Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."

"The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. "This was just an absolute pleasure to stay at this place. The amenities were great and everything was perfect. From beginning to the end the communication was great. Whatsapp keeps the communication great and makes your stay private. Text them just about anything you want and it is done. You can also order Uber eats and get grocerys or food delivered.
