Great Location for my stay

Check in was easy but was told after 5pm when listing said 4pm but I was running late so it didn't matter. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. There was some dog barking but it was short. The front yard entrance had alot of cigarette butts and there was a smell of cat urine but the house didn't smell, very clean. There were more than enough bedrooms, I was checking it out for future stays when visiting my family. Communication was quick in response, check in/out very easy. I would recommend if you need a VRBO with plenty of bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and great central location!!!

Newer listing - needs some thought.

This was a clean property in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were several issues that came up during our stay. 1.) Door keypad was having an issue and the alarm on it sounded off for several minutes until we reached the property owner via telephone. 2.) The dishwasher did not operate and apparently the owner knew that it needed to be repaired. 3.) The kitchen was POORLY appointed. No cutting knives, very little silverware, no extra towels, no sponges for cleaning dishes or counters, no extra paper towels, toaster smelled like burning plastic, very flimsy dishes, etc. 4.) Bathrooms were nice, but the sliding glass door in one bathroom was off its track, so it could not be closed. 5.) AC worked, so that was good. Our experience was not the best; however, hopefully this newer listing will get things together moving forward.
