Charming home with Great Location and Amenities

Our gorgeous one floor property features 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds (one with a Smart TV with free Netflix and local channels), one with a queen size bed (all with super comfortable linens and foam mattresses) and 2 full bathrooms (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash provided). With central AC and heating you will rest well in every season.
Its open plan will allow you to relax in our spacious living room featuring a 60” Smart TV with free Netflix or have a family dinner in our 6 seat dining room. Cooking will be easy in our fully stocked kitchen which has a dishwasher as well as all the appliances and utensils you may need including basic condiments and a Nespresso coffee maker.
Enjoy the San Antonio weather in our large backyard that has a beautiful terrace with a dining table for 6 people and a gas/charcoal grill. Enjoy music with a Hifi Bluetooth sound system and stay connected with free high speed WiFi throughout the home. We also provide a Pack n Play and Highchair for your baby.
Check in will be a breeze and you will not have to worry about carrying keys with our Wifi digital keypad for access, feel safe while away with CCTV cameras pointed at all entrances (no sound). You will have access to a 2 car garage with one automatic and one manual door that houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additional parking space is available on the driveway and the street. A folding ping pong table located in the garage will make your stay even more fun.

The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with very fast access to all the main highways which will lead you easily to all of San Antonio´s attractions. Within a 5-10 minute drive you will find shopping centers (Ingram park mall), supermarkets (Walmart, Target), tons of restaurants, plenty of entertainment options (cinemas, Main Event), fitness centers and a championship golf course. In 10-15 minutes you will reach Sea World and Lackland AFB. Only 20-25 minutes will get you to Six Flags, La Cantera, The RIM, Airport, The Riverwalk, Downtown, Northstar Mall, AT&T Center, San Antonio Zoo and the Alamodome.
In order to keep our home adequate for all guests parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, access is allowed only for guests in the reservation and smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Feel free to bring your furry friends with you, we allow up to 2 dogs in the property as long as they are not left unattended inside and they do not make noise outside during the night, the backyard is fully fenced (6 ft tall) to keep them inside.

Really enjoyed San Antonio, the sites, etc.

When I arrived the hot water heater was leaking, The landlord sent someone the next day. The outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. After landlords representative cycled the electrical box, they did work but only for a week. The internet was spotty. Sometimes only working at night. Once it was out for 3 days. Frustrating for doing work. The home was comfortable, the furnishings adequate. I wasn't expecting all the cameras and locks. I was there for 8 weeks and lawn was only mowed once. Not trying to be too negative as I stated in title, I really enjoyed San Antonio, but didn't expect some of the challenges on vacation.

In need of some TLC, but excellent communication!

The home was very surface level clean. It also looked a little different from the photos. Some furniture was moved or not there. The listing also says that there is a spa, but there is no spa. There were two wasps nests in the backyard near the seating area. The landlord was excellent and came to personally spray the nests. The unlock/lock code was incorrect upon arrival, but the landlord was available when I called and she was able to help me troubleshoot the issue. The backyard is in serious need of maintenance. The yard had many potholes and was filled with weeds. The fence was a full perimeter fence, but my small dogs found gaps that they could escape through. The patio outside of the home was covered in spider webs and bugs which made the outside space nearly unusable. The interior is in serious need of a deep clean. Overall the stay was okay. It served our needs but with small children and pets I would have preferred a cleaner space. The landlord was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with which was a saving grace for this spot!

Only complain was with the internet I couldn’t get it on al. Devices.

Enjoyed the property and was a quiet neighborhood. If you are used of using wash clothes they don’t have them.
