This is a wonderful property. Cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in a super stocked high functioning kitchen. Beds very comfortable!

Loved this house!

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The house was awesome. Very clean and loved the layout. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days with a lot of walking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

SA stay for funeral

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had more than enough room. The house is clean, the quality of furnishings and decor is of high quality. You will have everything you need at your fingertips. The front yard is beautiful and can’t go wrong with the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this property!

Great place for celebration

Wonderful house beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and we just showed up with food and everything thing was provided! No worries we just had a great time with family! Our granddaughter graduated UTSA this past weekend. Our family enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub (great touch), the cowboy pool a little cold for us but a special touch! The property is close to everything in San Antonio! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners were gracious and always available if we needed anything! Would highly recommend this property if you are visiting San Antonio!

Perfect spot!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was great. The house was very clean and well decorated and rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kids loved the outside area with cornhole and enjoyed jumping between the hot tub and pool. The location was incredible. Easy walk to the Pearl district which ended up being my favorite place in San Antonio. Easy onto interstate to get around and 5 min drive down to Riverwalk. Couldn’t be a more centralized spot! The host even accommodated us and allowed us to check out an hour late. Definitely book this place right away!!!!!

Beautiful house with big and convenient and safe parking spaces

Wonderful house with a lot of amenities. Super clean, well decorated, all supplies are available. A lot bottles of water were provided. We didn't have to make a trip to buy anything. There are 2 refrigerators on both upstairs and downstairs which is so convenient. Location is centrally. Could walk to the Pearl, St. Mary District, and a short drive to River Walk. The street in front of the house just got re-done, nice and wider than a lot of other downtown streets. Everything was perfect and made our trip a lot more enjoyable! Thank you!

Family Reunion/Surprise 25th Birthday

The property is very, very exceptional! The decor was really good, and the homeowner even asked if we wanted to have Christmas decorations set up. We took some Christmas pictures with our family! It was wonderful… It was a perfect place for our family to hang out and have a surprise party for our daughter who lives in New York. The homeowner reached out to us multiple times throughout the day just to make sure everything is good, and that our needs were being met… The security was great. The outside was great the patio area the lighting, there were just so many wonderful things about this property! We would definitely be staying there again. There was a slight confusion about the cowboy pool… We thought it was a hot tub. But it was too cold, so it didn’t matter anyway! Everything else was wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great set up and close to the Riverwalk and a few fun restaurants. We came to San Antonio for our son's graduation from Basic Training for the Air Force. It is about a 23 minute drive to base but going in the opposite direction of traffic. It was a very nice place to relax outdoors and indoors. Lots of great amenities, sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We walked to Salsita's for Mexican which was great. Ming's is also nearby.

Weekends getaway

Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Was perfect for our family weekend get away. Phillip and Cindy were extremely clear, helpful, and provided everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. They made the whole stay easy for us.

Great property! Very clean, great location, great owners

I went with my family of four and both of my parents. There was more than enough space. The outside area is fantastic with the hot tub and the cowboy pool. Both the inside and the outside are so well maintained! The inside was great with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All of the appliances are very modern and everything worked perfectly! They even had cold waters in the fridge for us! I would highly recommend as the property owners were always available as needed. Had a great trip!

Great location and fun stay!

Everything was just as you see in the photos! We went with family and had 4 kids between 10 and 4 years old. They loved the game table and outdoor activities! It felt like we all had enough space to be together or take a moment for yourself. We did a lot of activities near downtown, so the location was perfect. We didn't walk anywhere, but could have. The drive was a nice quick one. They are putting up apartments right behind the home (as mentioned), but they seem to be working on more interior parts of it and we were not bothered at all by any noise. Everyone felt safe the entire time. My kids have already asked if we can stay here again! Thank you for offering a great getaway home!

Beautiful House, Amazing Host, and Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. A couple of minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in San Antonio downtown!

Perfect Place to Stay

This property is perfect. The location is perfect. You can walk to many different eating establishments every night and it is only a short drive to any of the downtown San Antonio tourist spots. The house has everything you need, and everything is upgraded including beds, linens and kitchen items. Everything is well thought out and organized. Now let's talk about the hanging out/entertainment areas. There is a perfect place to hang out on the first floor for family and/or friends. The outside area is absolutely perfect for chilling in the evenings. They have corn hole a hot tub and a Cowboy pool which is perfect for cooling off. We loved it and will be back.
