This unique newly built home has a style all of its own. The home is a 3-story luxury oasis in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, enjoy the views of the pool and park amenity right across the street that is also newly built. This home has a electric fire place, two patio areas and more than enough space for the family to enjoy a nice evening in the backyard. Close to Lackland AFB, Sea world, La Cantera, and 25 min to downtown. Local Walmart/ HEB stores are only 5 min away. Within the home are 3 Tv’s equipped with all Roku style apps..Netfkix, Hulu, youtube & etc. Has all dishwear, an air fryer, and more with a few children dishes w/ a highchair onsite. You will also have a small kids play area on the 1st floor to accommodate the children, and for all traveling workers a computer desk station. Rest assured this home will surely provide you and guest a great time and experience.

Spring Break Stay
I want to first thank Regina (host) as she was extremely helpful before the check in. She even made sure everything was going great during the stay and after. The property is in a very nice community and the hime was very spacious for the family to spread out and not be stuck in the same area. Very clean and cozy. We will for sure us this property again next time in the area. Thank you again Regina!

This home was exceptional! It had everything we needed and conveniently it was on 5mins from my family's home. Ms. Regina accomodated us with a later checkout due to our late flight. She was by far the best host i've ever encunter. The only thing i would add is a t.v. to the master bedroom which is huge, modern, and perfectly decorated! Oh, i forgot to mentioned how safe and family orientated the neighborhood is! Thanks again Ms. Regina... my family are all planning a spring trip back to this property. You will be hearing from us in about 6mos ((Lol)

New Home-Bring Everything
If you rent this house make sure you read the contract in full, it sleeps (7) and you better make sure they all are listed, finger printed or Regina the property manager will call you in seconds from her eye in the sky (Ring Doorbell). We stayed 10 days and got (4) towels and washrags ,that i would use to dry my car with,(4) bowls, spoons,forks,coffee cups.TV you better have a fire stick or bring a book (no cable tv - that cost them money) Bring bug spray for 1st floor bugs and a dust rag for the cob webs and dirt on air vents and ceiling. Cleaning fee isn't working for this place. If you rent this place go to general dollar first it will go with the rest of the furnishings . Garbage day you will get a tex on how to put out garbage cans - like you cat see all the cans on the street where to put it.

The house was so cozy! Great location to everything. The house was nice and clean. The hostess was very sweet and kind. The process was super easy to rent the house, find and stay there. This house was a home to me and my family while we stayed there. Thank you so much. God bless. =)

The house is beautiful.... Clean, Modern, Comfortable. The only issues we had were that the futon in the " fourth bedroom"... A playroom.... Was very uncomfortable and there were no bed linens. we had to buy a blanket at walmart. A strand of outdoor lights strung across a window bang to continuously one night do the high winds. The windows are single pants panels so there was no way to get to that strand to somehow subdue it. Upon leaving somehow the front door inadvertently was locked And after we left we found out that the cleaners were not able to get in job. This was an honest mistake I don't know how it happened. We Were charged four hundred dollars for a locksmith to come out. We understood that it was in the instructions and it was an oversight on our part. But a simple lock box on the property with a key would have avoided the stress that it caused the owner. And the fee that we incurred. Personally it just seems like a no brainer that if you're not gonna be available that you would have a key left either on the property or with Someone you could trust. So I would just advise that you do not lock the door before you. L o l

Great spot!
Lovely house! It rained while we were there, but the pool across the street looks like it would be welcome on a hot day. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
