A security deposit of $300 is required within 48 hours of booking. 85% is refundable if property is left in good condition. 15% is part of Vrbo costs for using their guest deposit feature, as well as management walk through fee following guests departure. If guest brings more guests than the amount booked, full deposit will be lost. Please be honest on guest amount. If all checks out good, then allow up to 14 business days for refund. Please take good care of the home for an easy refund return. Note that only 6 guests are allowed in this property during a stay. If more than 6 guests are present, then full deposit & payment will be lost and host has the right to ask guest to vacate.
