Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place

Place is in a pretty good location and close to all the stores. We had a very enjoyable stay and given nice amount of privacy with its own gate and parking.Was very quiet in the neighborhood and close access to just about everything.

Amazing getaway!

Our stay on July 4th weekend was great, everything we needed was available and yes the gas grill was a hit for them evening cookouts for the family. Thank you so much for everything and hope to return next summer!

Speechless But Not In A Good Way

The home shows extreme signs of wear and tear. It really needs a deep cleaning.The linen appeared as someone dusted the floors with them. It only comes with one remote for the gate so good luck if you have multiple vehicles venturing out at different times. There wasn’t enough towels provided.The property location is about 20 mins from popular family entertainment such as Seaworld and Andretti’s. The neighborhood was very scetchy as well.The onsite property manager was pretty responsive while I also sensed some agitation while responding to request. But definitely brought us the requested amount of towels & changing the batteries on the keypad for the gate. I never reported the battery needing changing in the smoke detector, because as mentioned he seemed agitated by my initial complaints.

This was exactly what we wanted for a vacation house. It was on a quiet street and has a gated drive way. The outside and backyard were super cute. There’s a grill, patio games and swing chairs. The inside was well done and cozy. The beds were comfortable and clean. I love that it had bunk beds that were doubles and not twin size. There are a few games inside and TV’s in all the rooms. I had a quick question upon check out and received a quick response from the home manager. 100% would recommend to any anyone.

Not a good neighborhood and neighbors have loud music

The house was not very clean, kept tripping on the floor in the master bedroom, which was falling a part, neighbors had loud music, not in a good neighborhood houses had bars on them, when air conditioner kicks on, you can hear the outside unit and inside the bedroom sounds like a jet taking off.

Rough Neighborhood

The house is recently renovated but it was disappointing that the smell was over the top with Febreeze plug ins. The dishes were not fully cleaned, food left in cabinets opened from previous guest, etc. Neighborhood was not desirable and not at all a place to walk at night or early morning. If I had an alternative we would have left for a more family friendly location.

Graduation relaxation

My son graduated BMT and wanted a place to relax. This was perfect and came with tons of family games. It wasn’t too far from the base making it great for us to just hangout

The home was super nice, the area however was not so nice. Within minutes of the home are hundred of unhoused people and we did not feel the area was safe. The home did however have security windows and compound like walls around the property. A motorized gate and security system is also a plus for safety.
