Beautiful and cozy stay!

Everything about this place was so homey and nice - from the little balcony seating area and the games under the tv. Bedrooms and kitchen was very accommodating and would definitely stay here again. Very safe property and very gracious hosts!

A wonderful place - super convenient to airport and downtown

My son and I came into town for the Final Four and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Carlos and Nancy are very gracious hosts and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. Location is 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from all downtown attractions. San Antonio is a wonderful city and this is a perfect place to stay as you plan your visit. Thanks so much!

Nice apartment - very convenient location

Very nice apartment, clean and well maintained. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. We will return here the next time we want to stay near downtown San Antonio. Extremely convenient location.

Tower Balcony

We had a very nice stay the host were very friendly and helpful The property is in an older neighborhood and was quiet and not much traffic but was a little close to the interstate so there was a little noise from that but all in all it was a very pleasant stay we would definitely recommend it and would stay there again it is also close to downtown and everything you might want Thanks so much ps they have secured parking and a nice carport

We stayed here with Carlos and Nancy for our Spring Break. The check in was easy, good communication before our arrival date and the area was nice. A delightful apartment with parking and its own entrance about 15 minutes from downtown, The furnishings and appliances are first-rate; we enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor balcony. Nancy and Carlos are terrific.

Perfect San Antonio Getaway Home

Visited San Antonio as we desired to see the downtown and bicycle ride the many miles of bike/hike trails within the city. Mulberry Tower is situated perfectly for both. It was a short 1-mile ride through the very light traffic on these neighborhood roads to reach the beginning of the bike trails.

Nice stay

We stayed here over the holidays, and found the apartment to be very nice and it had a great homey vibe. Carlos and Nancy are very friendly, and great hosts, who are available should you have any questions or need recommendations to make the most of your stay. The access to attractions is excellent, and it feels like everything is just a short 10 min drive away. The city is great during the holidays, so if you visit during that time, make sure to get out and enjoy the festivities. But make sure to be home at midnight on New Years to enjoy the neighborhood fireworks! They were amazing.
