Villa Trespalomas.

This property will offer you all amenities for a perfect stay. The Villa Trespalomas is a stand alone villa with 190m2 of living surface on a fenced corner plot of 400m2. It is situated in the top row of the exclusive urbanisation Meloneras-Hill and offers undistorted views over Maspalomas, the dunes down to the sea.

The suny south of the Island offers to you 340 sunny days per year and the average temperature at noon is between 21 and 27 degrees.

Explore the Island with a hired car, go out fishing or visit exciting diving locations and golf courses. Or join the sportsmen that are coming here for biking, swimming and jogging.

The villa is looked after by a poolboy and gardener who comes once a week. The maid comes every 4 days to clean up the bathrooms and will change towels. Linen changed weekly.
