"Staff incredibly rude including in restaurant. Quite rude allowing entry to hotel in evening. Very rude in restaurant despite them getting the order wrong….3 times. Then arguing that one of the group ordered something theu hadn’t even seen on the menu instead of steak, despite asking for it medium rare. Muttering in Italian as he walked away, clearly angry and practically throwing the plate down on the table. Then when it was time to pay, fairly sure the person from front desk called us swear words, not realising we knew what the word ‘putana’ means. 2nd business trip at this hotel, first one 18 months ago. Never again."

"Absolutely brilliant place. This hotel is placed in a stunning and beautiful area. The facilities, outdoor pool with yacuzzi, indoor pool, spa… are amazing. The room we stayed in (with a wooden balcony) was superb, very comfortable and beautiful decoration. The entire hotel has a great, tasteful decoration and in every detail. The food was top quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The owners, Eve and husband great ever so amazing and gave us great recommendations.I would say this is by far one of the best 4 stars hotel, I’ve been, absolutely top quality and a little gem in a natural and beautiful natural park. I will definitively be back again. Plus with visiting the thermal bath just 60metres away. Also, great for stunning scenery hikes, when you take the funicular in Vals towards a reservoir.
