Staff was super polite. The front desk lady in the morning was so helpful and voluntarily made pancakes for anyone who wanted them if she had nothing else going on. Super clean, comfortable bed, overall great stay!

Nice location. Friendly and efficient check in. Free electric car charging stations (uses the Tesla/NACS) plug. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Well equipped with toiletries. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Breakfast was just ok. Did like the fresh pancakes. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We only stayed for one night and checked in later in the night so we unfortunately didn’t make use of the amenities. Front guest staff was friendly! Our biggest problem was the electrical issues. Upon checking into our room none of the lights worked. Bedside lamps, room lamp, bathroom light. We didn’t make this an issue since we arrived just in time to go straight to sleep. However, the power went out at about 2:45am & was out for about an hour. Then it happened again around 5am for another hour or so. It’s extremely hot in Rialto this time of year so not having AC for just those 2 hours made the room feel like a sauna & disrupted what would’ve been a good night’s sleep. We got no communication from the hotel regarding this- but I’m not sure what the protocol is on that. Besides the electrical issues, the hotel is really nice & clean. The parking was great & although we didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast in the morning, it did smell good! I would definitely stay again once I know the electricity situation has been resolved.
