The space
Property is 2300 sqft. furnished with all brand new and high end furniture like leather reclining sofa & loveseat. All bedrooms have its own TV, memory foam beds, ceiling fan and faux wood blinds. Each bedroom has its own or shared luxurious walk-in bath with lighted & magnified make up mirror and hair blow dryer. Living room has 86inch TV with Netflix, LG TV, Apple TV & cable complete with portable fireplace. USB outlets for your electronic gadgets are strategically located throughout the house for your convenience. You could find a gourmet kitchen with white marble counter tops, matched with white cabinets and fully equipped with complete kitchen cooking wares and utensils. Whole house has waterproof wood laminate flooring with 2-zone controlled heating & cooling system.

Experience some of the latest technologies could offer like wi-fi controlled lights, fridge, vent fan, washer/dryer & ring camera doorbell. Property is equipped with exterior cameras for your security. All 4 bathrooms are physically challenged friendly with rain shower and bidet & wand spray equipped for a cleaner feeling and water paper/tree conservation. Whether you are transient, on business or in a pleasure trip with online gaming appetite, our 400Mbps blazing fast internet will not disappoint you.
Guest access
You will be issued a smart lock password that is good throughout your stay. Two-car driveway is available for guests and free parking along the street. Public bus transportation is accessible. This property just a walk away (one block) from the famous Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral & 30 minutes away from Big Bear. Close to Freeways 210 & 215.

Place soiled dishes in dishwasher with provided pods or liquid soap. Do not use hand soap—this causes damage or flooding. Take out trash/recyclables and place in bins on the property’s right side.
Please don’t strip bed sheets. Leave used white towels on beds and dark towels on the bathroom floor. Trash bins are at the back. Report any damage or issues. Let us know once you’ve checked out.

Clean and comfortable

Needed a place to stay that was near family for the holidays. This place is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking for the same.

Amazing home away from home

Fabulous home. Well equipped with many resources especially if you are traveling with young children (high chair, traveling crib, etc). The house is very accessible for those in a wheelchair, which my daughter is. Made for a really pleasant traving experience. We had no problems and the host is always checking in and available. Great place to stay especially for a large family.

Clean and Spacious

This was the perfect setting for my family’s weekend excursion. The house was spacious and clean, and overall — just beautiful! What drew me to the house was the warm and inviting living room, as well as the accommodations for pets and those who are mobility impaired. I was not disappointed at all when we arrived. The property manager made everything clear concerning the rental, and also made theirselves available and prompt with any concerns I did have. I cannot emphasize enough what a great experience my family and I had this past weekend. I look forward to future rentals!

The manager never answer my replys

First night Edison cut the electricity power from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am , worker told me that the owner knew becase they noticed them before happening, Owner never noticed me in advance, stove does not work, we cook outside in the grill, send the cleaning crew at 10.00am instead at 11.00

INCREDIBLE Vacation Home !!!!!!!!!

-HIGHLY recommend -would rate 10 stars if allowed-A -No suggestions or upgrades needed. -absolutely incredible home & hosts-super clean & modern-Lots of lighting -All beds extremely comfortable with extra pillows-Showers & bathrooms were fantastic-Large TVs in every room -Couches very comfortableStandout Features:-Backyard is amazing - oversized canopy with lots of chairs, bistro lights & artificial grass; greenery & plants to make it feel like you’re relaxing in a garden.-The back desert lot designated for dogs to relieve themselves was perfect. Maintenance guy who lives in the back was friendly, quiet & did not disturb us in any way.-The church bells that could be heard from the backyard were beautiful.-Kitchen - beautiful & well stocked with essentials - the hosts thought of everything - even chip clips!-touchscreen monitor in kitchen with internet so we could watch the Big Bear Eagles Nest live stream-Communication with the hosts was fantastic. Ex: when we arrived, two burner knobs on the stove were not working. We sent a text & w/in 30 minutes (on a Sunday), they had someone there to fix it.-VERY safe with outdoor lighting, subtle chimes & cameras. You will be (& feel) safe renting this home. There are motion-sensor lights & cameras throughout the exterior of the house. Audible bells chime when anyone moves to the sides, front or back of the house. Exceeded our every expectation.Absolutely incredible property & experience! Highly recommend!
