Casa Vacanza Anna: Pet-Friendly Holiday Home with Mountain Views

Casa Vacanza Anna is a detached holiday home on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, in the peaceful area of Santino. Perfect for families with children and pets, the house stands out for the warm hospitality of the owners.



The property features a private fenced garden with a gas barbecue, a corner with aromatic herbs (sage, lemon verbena, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, lemon balm), four sun loungers, and outdoor games. On-site parking is available, making loading and unloading easy. Just a few meters from the house, you’ll find a public charging station for electric cars.



The house accommodates up to four guests plus two infants. Inside, there is a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, an internal staircase, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. Included amenities: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV in the bedroom, bed linen, and a towel set for each guest. For children aged 0 to 4, there are two 120 cm cots, two high chairs, two baby bouncers, two booster seats, a changing table, a toilet reducer, two baby carriers (up to 15 kg), and two bed rails.



The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a double. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed.



Cicogna, the main town of Val Grande, is about 10 km away and ideal for hiking. The San Bernardino river, just a 5-minute walk from the house, offers clear, fresh waters for swimming in the Rio Pogallo. In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the area’s main tourist destinations: Pallanza, Intra, Villa Taranto, Stresa, the Borromean Islands, Cannero, and Cannobio.
