Spread over 4 floors the lift was welcome for luggage! We made great use of the large rooftop and the house and kitchen have everything you need. Very quiet at night too.. Would love to return"

"This home was stunning! Check in was easy and the host had many good reccomendations for places to see and eat. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). The little rooftop terrace was a wonderful little bonus. Would love to return someday."

"Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !"

"This place would have gotten 5 stars all around if it wasn't for the kitchen being on the top of three floors. Our group was mainly over 50 years old and after a day of walking the beautiful city of Seville, the last thing we wanted to do was to climb stairways in the rental house. Hopefully, they will be able to replace the air conditioning controller for the one bedroom. All other rooms had controllers. Each room has it's own bathroom. "Loved the location. Close to restaurants, bars, churches, routes into the center of town, food stores and taxis yet super quiet in the actual home. The house had room for family and a fabulously equipped kitchen. The rooftop was beautiful. Communication with the owners was extremely responsive. Clean and super comfortable beds. "The apartment is in great condition. it’s location is quite good if your interest is to stay at the city center. A supermarket around the corner well equipped. The beds, appliances, and accommodations are confortable and in great condition. The hot water is really hot and sufficient. The wifi needs more megas to my understanding. Feedback to the owner would be to provide paper towel, more garbage disposable bags and some basic seasoning items such as salt and pepper. Also detergent. But...

"This place is magical. The sunsets on the rooftop were dazzling. The location is perfect. Right in the center of it all. We spent 5 days here and we found new details we loved every day. The painted tiles on the staircase, the carved wood doors, the gorgeous three level terrace. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but are outfitted with closet systems that made it easy to organize our clothes. It was very convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. "Large lovely and well appointed house in a perfect location. Our family of 6 was able to spread out comfortably. Large kitchen, which can be hard to find. A few suggestions: (1) as the host asks for exact time of arrival, it would be nice if the host turned on the A/C prior to arrival in the height of summer - house was stifling when we got there and took over 24 hrs to get it to anywhere near comfortable - the day bedroom up top and the master never fully cooled off - AC was a prerequisite for...
