"Beautiful surroundings, lovely family, very modern villa Really enjoyed our stay would love to stay again. Little bit of a confusion that the listing said there was a kayak and bikes on site no they had to be hired at a hotel on the coast. But it didn't matter the place was amazing and so was the pool. Which was kept very clean. Great views amazing place, thank you for looking after us.😀😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. "Great house set across several levels. Just the right size for three couples for three nights. Parking for two cars was useful. Easy to get in to Nice and Monaco or head down to the bay for food. Beautiful house with stunning views."

"It was a very pleasant stay and a super friendly host. The only thing that should be noted - last 200 m. of the road to reach the villa is very steep and curvy. Driver should have good driving skills. We got used to it, but the first time was quite challenging. When you reach the villa - it's beautiful. The view over the sea amazing."

"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"The house is nice, the terrace wonderful, and the setting superb. The eight minute walk from the road and the four minute walk to the beach were more than justified by the amazing setting and having a beach all or nearly to ourselves in the mornings and with modest numbers of people the rest of the day.
