Super cool platforms made of up cycled timbers and materials. The platforms are perched on the top of a hill that overlooks tree tops towards the ocean. We are a seven minute-twelve minute walk to 3 excellent surf breaks. The platforms sleep 9 and include a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and three "sleeping pods". "Cute little hotel In the heart of San Carlos. The rooftop lounge was a real treat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast delivered to my door each morning. The AC worked great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away for a nice swim or some surfing. Would stay here again for the price. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Serenidad with its gorgeous view in a safe, quiet location and a short drive to restaurants and stores. The villa is beautiful and roomy, but it needs some attention inside and out before it falls into disrepair. The maintenance issues are minor, with the biggest issue being the raised deck at the end of the pool - it is a safety hazard as it is falling apart. Also, the listing details and/or pictures need to be updated because the outside bar fridge, two lounge...

"Staff was nice and tried to make things better due to the horrible room switch. I paid in December and no one bothered to tell us we were going to get a different room. The room we stayed in should be about one half of the $xxx.00 paid in December. I have yet to receive a Discount. $xx. service fee for a one night stay. We left it in better shape than upon arrival. What the heck? "

"We've stayed at several VRBO properties, USA & Europe, and my family agrees, that this is the BEST home thst we've booked. The communication between us and Sergio was almost instantaneous! The house is fully stocked. Kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, ALL outside areas are impeccable.10/10. Chef services was UNBELIEVABLE!! Emelda prepared and served us ALL exceptional meals and for the price, convenience, and TASTE, you CAN'T find this anywhere in town!! We will be back one day!! Thank you for an exquite experience!!"
