"The Hotel was good, we had some issues but it was solved, the Internet connection was really bad so is not suitable for take a meeting if it is needed. Rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and helpfull. "

"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. Cómo aspecto negativo falta de comunicación en el personal de recepción, las habitaciones se encuentran deterioradas y colchones gastados.
