Private: large garden 2'000 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 16.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Casa Bulleri is a carefully restored villa in a panoramic position in the Chianti Classico region near San Casciano, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Its original structure dates back to the 16th century, from which the rectangular tower and the little chapel of the still-running farm have been preserved. The owner's villa and several annex buildings are located on the 30-ha property. Guests have private grounds with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool in a position with great view. Wine-tasting and sales of wine, olive oil and Vinsanto (Italian dessert wine).
