Every detail of my stay was exceptional—from the elegant atmosphere to my spacious and comfortable room. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every team member was friendly, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel less like a guest and more like a part of their extended family. A special shout-out to Alessia: as I was driving into Lecce, my GPS kept rerouting me through pedestrian-only streets. I called the hotel in frustration, and Alessia patiently stayed on the phone with me, figured out exactly where I was, and guided me step by step until I arrived safely at the front door. That level of personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the rooftop bar—a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with an aperitivo while enjoying the views of this beautiful city. I can’t recommend Patria Palace highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’ll never forget."

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Lecce. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from the historic center and surrounded by excellent restaurants. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality of Serena and Paola. Their warmth and attention to detail were exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast each morning was a delight, with thoughtful options for allergies. " This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
