We are all originally from Southern California and even though we knew it would be cold in Sicily, we were not prepared! Claudia cranked up the heat and brought extra blankets! "VILLA ORCHIDEA is in a great location (you need a car), the local super market in 5 mins away, and the beach less than 10 mins. There is so much to see nearby, such as the Temple of Segesta (20 mins), Zingaro National Park (20 mins) with its lovely walks and beaches, and of course Erice, and Mozia, and Selinunte. There is lots to see and do in the locale and Antonio and Massimo are very helpful. It's a great place to relax and unwind, but also to explore - especially with the kids."

Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer meerseits, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bei Problemen wurde uns von den Eigentümern bereitwillig und zeitnah geholfen. "
